Elliot Lake and Espanola to meet in preseason play
SUDBURY – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League has announced that the Elliot Lake Wildcats and Espanola Express will meet twice in a pair of exhibition contests in late August.
The two-game set will commence Friday, Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. at Centennial Arena in Elliot Lake.
They will then wrap-up their home-and-home affair Saturday, Aug. 29 with a 2 p.m. matinee at the Espanola Regional Recreation Centre.
With those two match-ups added to the NOJHL exhibition slate, there are 17 league preseason games on the docket.
