The Elliot Lake Wildcats travelled to Espanola for a late afternoon game today against the Express.
The Cats’ would give up two goals in the 1st period, one in the 2nd, and three in the 3rd period, falling 6-1 to the Express on family day Monday.
Elliot Lake’s only goal came off the stick of Michael Campbell at the 10:34 mark of the final frame.
Finals shots on goal were 52-31 for Espanola.
The Wildcats will be back in action at home Wednesday February 19 against the Soo Thunderbirds. The game will get underway at 7:30 p.m..
